Eyeshadow

Within the wide range of Eyeshadows Make-up Studio decided to introduce a series of natural shades. These 14 new colours are available in a new refill packaging. No more single refill packaging available from 2 April 2012. More about this new refill packaging on page 8.

All Eyeshadow colours, including the new colours, are now available in a luxury mono packaging as well. This also applies to the Eyeshadow Reflex, the Eyeshadow Superfrost and the Blushers.

The existing Make-up Studio eyeliner now also comes in a new eye catching edition. The new packaging has a slim lid which contains a small retractable brush to apply the eyeliner. It will be added to the existing cream eyeliner range.

Cosmetic Glimmer Effects

Make-up Studio has extended its range of Cosmetic Glimmer Effects with 13 stunning colours. The Cosmetic Glimmer Effects can be used single or can be applied over eyeshadow. By using the 2-Way Gel the glimmers stay perfectly in place day and night.

Nail Colour

Make-up Studio launches a brand new, very extensive range of nail colours. Pick your colour! The new series include up to 132 shades, divided into matt colours, pearl colours, neon colours, ‘holo’ colours, glitter colours and three ‘pure’ colours. The nail colour range will follow trends, meaning that new colours will be added and other colours may be discontinued.

In addition to the nail colours the series also contains 6 French Manicure products and nail treatment products such as a Nail Base & Filler, Nail Top Coat, Cuticle Remover and Cuticle Oil.

Lipstick

It has been proven that in times of recession the number of lipsticks sold increase rapidly (the so-called ‘lipstick indicator’). Therefore, it is good news Make-up Studio added 17 new colours to its lipstick series. All the lipsticks are easy to apply, comfortable in use and last well. Available as of now. As of mid June the new lipstick colours will also be available in refill.

Durable Lip Fluid

One of the best sellers within the Make-up Studio assortiment is the Durable Lip Fluid. Thanks to the special formula the colour is up to 18 hours long lasting. Following the success of the product the range is now extended with 9 new colours, of which 6 colours are available as of now. The other 3 colours (no. 15-16-21) will follow soon.

Face-it Light Cream Foundation

Make-up Studio introduces a lighter version of the Face It Cream Foundation. The Face It Light Cream Foundation can be applied semi covering and transparent with a moisted sponge. Just like its ‘sister’ the Face It Light Cream Foundation needs to be powdered after application. The new foundation is ideal for use in photography, film and television, and is also very suitable for daily use. Available in 8 colours.

Velvet Foundation

Following the success of the Light Velvet Foundation Make-up Studio now introduces a more covering version called Velvet Foundation. Thanks to the special formula this foundation does not need powdering after use. The packaging is easy in use thanks to the mirror and sponge. On top of all the Velvet Foundation also has a SPF 25. Available in 8 colours.

The new foundations mentioned above have been key in developing a new colour indication system. This new system makes it easier to compare colours from different foundation series. All colours from the new Face It Light Foundations and Velvet Foundations equal the existing Face It Foundations and Light Velvet Foundations. New however is the adding of a colour code. This code indicates whether a colour has a cool or warm tone. “W” stands for warm, whereas “C” stands for cool. The indication “warm” or “cool” is combined with a letter/number in order to easily find a comparable colour within another foundation range. Since the textures of the foundations vary the colours can never be exactly the same. However, they are comparable. Soon, more Make-up Studio foundations will have an indication according to the new colour indication system.

Perfect Blending Sponge

The attractive and well-shaped Perfect Blending Sponge is the perfect tool for the application and blending of foundation and concealer. It is best to moist the sponge before use. Use the wide side of the sponge to apply foundation onto forehead, cheeks and neck. The pointed side is ideal for reaching small areas such as the nostrils and in the corner of the eyes. This pointed side is also perfect for the application of concealer under the eyes. In addition, the Perfect Blending Sponge is also easy to cleanse. A true must have!

A large number of Make-up Studio boxes are or will be renewed in a more luxury edition. The Box Medium* is available as of now. in this new edition with mirror and beautiful soft touch lid. As of March 2012 the Box Small will also be presented in this new packaging.

Fluid Liner

A beautiful collection of fluid eyeliners with a metallic finish. The Fluid Liner has a firm tip so that you can easily create a straight line. Available as of now in 3 colours: Sparkling Black, Sparkling Brown and Sparkling Green.

Colour Pigments

The Colour Pigments are a range of pure pigment powders which can be applied as a single eye shadow or to make other eye shadows more powerful. The Colour Pigments collection consists of 12 shades and is available as of now.

Eyeshadow Moondust Volcano

Following the success of the Eyeshadow Moondust Volcano from the City Splendour Trend collection (Fall/Winter 2010) Make-up Studio has decided to integrate this colour in the Moondust collection. Available as of now, also in refill.

Fluid Foundation No Transfer new colours

In the September 2010 issue of Make-up Call we reviewed one of the most successful fluid foundations within the Make-up Studio range: the Fluid Foundation No Transfer. This collection is now extended with 7 new colours: Almond, Ivory, Vanilla Beige, Pale Yellow (available as of now), Pale Pink, Pale Beige and Natural Beige (available as of April). All these colours are especially selected for lighter skin tones.

Select Light Velvet Foundation new colours

The Light Velvet Foundation from the Select series is a semi covering foundation and easy in use. Thanks to its special composition the Light Velvet Foundation does not need to be powdered.

To fulfill the demand for more colours Make-up Studio is adding 3 new colours to the range: Velvet Beige, Oriental Beige en Mocca Tan. Available as of now.

Mascara Waterresistant Volume

Finally, there it is. The new Mascara Waterresistant Volume!

New Eyeshadow Lumière colours

This fall, three new colours will are added to the succesful Eyeshadow Lumière range: Icy Lilac, Amazing Blue and Lovely Lavender.

New Blusher Lumière colours

To complete the number of colours in the Lumière Blusher range Make-up Studio will launch the colours True Pink and Soft Peach.

New Nero brushes

All the brushes from the Nero series are hand made and composed of high quality materials. The brushes have a black wooden handle and nickel plated ferrules. Each brush contains carefully selected hairs of top quality, either natural or nylon. Within the Nero series Make-up Studio now launches a Foundation/Polish Brush in two sizes: Medium & Large. Both brushes can be used to apply and “fade” fluid and cream foundations.
